Financial & professional services.

Our work with financial and professional services organisations focuses on ensuring training is memorable and innovative, even across decentralised departments, and in time-pressured and highly regulated environments.

Trusted by global leaders

FinPro training that
connects, derisks, & skills.

Huge, decentralised, and often disconnected, with employees who are under immense time pressure, Financial and Professional Service firms can't afford to offer underwhelming workplace learning. It simply won't land.

Sponge has supported the world's biggest FinPro firms for years to build learning that delights, engages, and leads to outcomes: with programs as diverse as large-scale compliance training, business and investing simulations, branched scenario learning for team collaboration, and blended learning and gamification to transform customer service.

PwC
Working together: dispersed audit teams.

PwC's "Working Together" program is an engage response to the evolving nature of audit work, where teams are increasingly dispersed across various locations, countries, and time zones. The programme maintains PwC's high standards of quality while adapting to this new business model.

PwC partnered with Sponge to create a best-in-class global digital learning solution that emphasises the importance of empathy and human connection in supporting quality within the audit hand-off process. The mandatory learning program, rolled out in June 2023, targets thousands of PwC Lead Engagement Team (LET) members across the network of member firms.

Awards won at the 2024 Brandon Hall Group HCM awards.

We are delighted to see our collaboration with PwC be recognised with such an honour, and it’s great validation of something we truly believe in here at Sponge: that when we take a strategic view of how learning can impact real business challenges and build an authentic partnership committed to true business transformation, it leads to impactful programmes of work that are as effective as they are engaging. We are thrilled to see the hard work put in by our collective teams be recognised in such a way.
